Processing

The processing for Black and white film varies quite a bit. Special care and handling is definitely a requirement. Black and white and prints are made from any images. However, with older films, there is no guarantee that pictures can be processed.  Films can be faded from dye deterioration and other factors.  Black and white film processing is typically processed on a volume basis, so the time for development/processing varies quite a bit.  This can be anywhere from one to twelve months.
